The Epson TM-T88IV thermal receipt printer is the newest addition to Epson's popular TM-T88 series thermal receipt printers. With improved reliability and ease of use features including increased auto cutter life, spill resistance and drop-in paper loading, the Epson TM-T88IV thermal receipt printer is a solid choice for any retail or hospitality environment. To speed customer transactions without sacrificing performance, the Epson TM-T88IV thermal receipt printer prints high-speed text and graphics at a consistent speed of 200 mm per second (7.87 inches per second, 62 lines per second), 25% faster than the industry-leading Epson TM-T88III thermal receipt printer. The Epson TM-T88IV thermal receipt printer is capable of two-color red and black thermal printing which can be used to highlight order changes and minimize kitchen error, as well as to create attention-getting color receipts that highlight marketing messages. The TM-T88IV thermal receipt printer has a small footprint ideally-suited for busy, high-volume retail and hospitality environments. Retailers can choose countertop placement or wall mounting using an optional wall-hanging bracket. |

With an increased auto cutter life of 1.5 million cuts, 50% more than the TM-T88III, the Epson TM-T88IV delivers the highest auto cutter reliability of any printer in its class. The TM-T88IV offers improved paper cover design to protect from common kitchen spills. An integrated maintenance counter confirms dates for cleaning, consumables and auto cutter replacement. An optional annunciator can alert wait staff that kitchen orders are ready. The TM-T88IV shares the same external dimensions as the TM-T88III, for quick, drop-in replacement. With a broad array of Connect-It™ interface options, including serial, parallel, USB, Ethernet, and wireless, the TM-T88IV is compatible with today's best-of-breed and component-based systems.
